  • PRODUCT DELIVERY

    ― Deliveries are handled by our partner UPS, with insurance and tracking number.
    ― Products are delivered with custom packaging to ensure optimal protection.
    ― Delivery times are displayed when placing the order and range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the availability of certain materials, as each product is made to order. A precise delivery time is sent by e-mail within 48 hours of the order being placed.
    ― The shipping cost is specified at the payment stage and depends on the delivery destination.

  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    ― We are available at any time to assist you with the setup, delivery, and lifecycle of our products.
    ― All our lighting fixtures can be serviced and repaired in our workshops, with various replacement parts available, such as electrical cables, bulbs, etc.
    ― Lampshades can be refreshed with new fabrics by contacting us directly to request a quote.
