Deflin Creations imagines, designs, and manufactures contemporary ambient lightings, at the intersection of art, digital creation, and craftsmanship.

"With an engineering background at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles, and after a rich and varied initial professional journey in the fields of technical textiles, lighting, and innovation in the broadest sense, I wanted to create a company that reflects who I am, in a field that I am passionate about. The purpose of Deflin Creations is the search of excellence, from product manufacturing to customer support, with the creative approach of offering models that stimulate the imagination, drawing on a strong and timeless graphic aesthetic. With this first collection, models come to life, just as they bring the viewer and the artisan who crafts them to feel fully alive."

Savoir-Faire

The first range of products is built around a laser-cut and powder-coated steel and aluminum structure, combined with stretched fabric surfaces that allow for dual light diffusion, forming an alcove effect on one side and rear projection on the reverse side of the luminaire, according to an exclusive Deflin Creations design.

The fabric used is a particular quality of printed microfiber, handcrafted in our workshop using techniques learned from a French Master lampshade craftsman. All models are available in standard or customizable finishes, and we can accommodate special projects.

Our luminaires are made to order in France, in our workshop near Lyon, in collaboration with local partners for the manufacturing of fabrics and metal parts.

Our lighting fixtures are repairable for life.
